Connect Messaging Service Trial

This Trial is between you, the customer, and PageOne Communications Limited of 2 Brentside Executive Centre, Great West Road, Middlesex, TW8 9DA (“we”, “us” or “our”).

1. We hereby offer you a free of charge Trial of our Connect messaging service (the “service”) for a period of no longer than 7 days and limited to no more than 25 SMS text messages. You accept and agree that any messages sent over this limit will not be delivered.
2. You undertake not to use the service or permit any other person to use the service for the transmission of any material that is illegal, offensive, obscene or menacing, or that causes material detriment to our or any third party’s computer or communications system or that constitutes an infringement of the rights of a third party, and you shall indemnify and hold us harmless against all liabilities, claims, damages, losses and proceedings arising out of or in any way connected with such uses.
3. You accept that all activities that are traceable to one of your allocated user name s are deemed to have been performed by you and are legally binding upon you.
4. We do not accept any liability in relation to this Trial (whether such liability arises due to negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation or for any other reason) for loss of profits, loss of sales, loss of or damage to business, loss of or damage to reputation, loss of contracts, loss of customers, loss of, or loss of use of, any software or data, loss of use of any computer or other equipment or plant, wasted management or other staff time, losses or liabilities under or in relation to any other contract, or indirect, special or consequential loss or damage.
5. You undertake to comply with all instructions issued by us requiring changes in your use of the service if it appears to us that such use is jeopardising the efficient operation of the service.
